Grease trap is a device that traps fat, oil and grease (FOG) that is present in kitchen waste water.

This device prevents FOG to enter the drainage system, FOG is a domestic waste that will lead to the environmental pollution if it escape to water source.

Grease is usually found in food product’s waste , such as those from cooking oil, margarine, milk, cheese and meat. Grease is also present in non-food product residues, such as soup and shampoo.
