  • A high-speed oven is a cutting-edge cooking appliance that outshines for its exceptional cooking speed, up to 12x faster than normal traditional ovens in the foodservice industry. Merrychef high-speed oven incorporates triplex technologies to achieve its remarkable efficiency: convection heat, microwave assist, and tuned impingement. 
Convection heat ensures even cooking by circulating hot air, while microwave assist accelerates the process through microwave energy penetration. The tuned impingement directs high-velocity heated air onto the food's surface, resulting in crispy exteriors while retaining moisture. These triplex technologies make Merrychef ovens the number one choice for fast and precise cooking in professional kitchens.

  • Both E1s and E2s high-speed ovens has a single capacity of a ''12x12'' cavity, which can accommodate a 12-inch size pizza.
 
5. Does it come with any accessories?
  • Yes, it comes with a range of standard accessories based on different models. 
 
6. What is the maximum temperature that the high-speed oven can reach?
  • Merrychef E1s can reach temperature of up to 260°C, whereas the E2s model can go up to 275°C.
 
7. Is there any warranty for the machine?
  • Yes, it comes with 1-year warranty (major parts defect, excluding wear & tear components and labour charges). 
 
8. How do I clean the high-speed oven?
  • To clean the high-speed oven, manual cleaning is required using two chemicals: Merrychef cleaner and protector. The cleaner effectively removes stubborn soiling from the oven’s cavity, while the protector helps to create a protective film inside the cavity before its next use.

10. What are the installation requirements?
  • The installation only requires power supply, no water connection, drain or hood system are required. 
 
11. Does it come with after-sales service?
  • Yes, we provide comprehensive after-sales support, including annual servicing by our skilled technicians to ensure optimal operation of the machine. Service can be scheduled on a call basis or via contract, depending on your preferences. Our technicians undergo annual training directly from the factory to stay updated with the latest techniques and advancements.
